Le Responsable ordonnancement gère et optimise l’organisation des moyens de production et répartit dans le temps les missions entre les divers services de fabrication.

Description

Pour atteindre les objectifs de performance de la production, le Responsable ordonnancement définit l’organisation des étapes d’industrialisation et de fabrication. Ses activités principales sont :

  • Participation à la définition des moyens de production et suivi de leur mise en œuvre
  • Coordination avec les services et équipes d’industrialisation et de production
  • Anticipation et optimisation de l’organisation des services de production
  • Organisation du suivi de livraison auprès du client
  • Ajustement des moyens de production dans le temps (humains, techniques…)

Compétences

Définir des processus de production

  • Identifier et modéliser les flux de production
  • Rédiger les dossiers techniques de fabrication
  • Mettre en œuvre les process techniques en amont de la phase de fabrication

Assurer les besoins matériels des équipes de production

  • Réaliser un bilan des besoins matériels identifiés pour la production
  • Contribuer à la sélection des fournisseurs
  • Contrôler la conformité des équipements livrés

Anticiper et optimiser l’organisation des services de production

  • Réaliser une analyse approfondie des procédures de production en place et identifier des points d’amélioration
  • Définir les objectifs de production adaptés à une amélioration de la productivité
  • Organiser et suivre les procédures de production auprès des équipes pour proposer des solution d’optimisation des flux
